🚀 We're hiring: Backend Software Engineer (Entry Level) — Auth AI

Auth AI is a bootstrapped AI automation startup building enterprise CRM systems, backend infrastructure, and intelligent software that help businesses automate operations at scale. We're looking for a Backend Software Engineer to join our engineering team in Dhanbad, Jharkhand.

📍 Location: Dhanbad, Jharkhand (Work From Office)

🕒 Type: Full-Time

🎓 Eligibility: Diploma (CS/IT) — final year or passed out | MCA — 2nd year, final year, or passed out

What you'll work on:

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs

• Design and optimize databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)

• Integrate third-party and AI APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, WhatsApp Business API)

• Write clean, production-grade backend code

• Contribute directly to real products used by real businesses

Tech stack: Node.js, Express.js, Python, REST APIs, JWT/OAuth, Git, Linux — plus exposure to Docker, AWS, Redis, and n8n as you grow.

We value practical skill, ownership, and curiosity over degrees or prior experience. Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Compensation: ₹5,000/month during a 3-month probation, moving to ₹12,000/month on confirmation — ₹1,23,000 total first-year CTC, with performance-based revisions.

We're looking for people who want to build a long-term career, not a short internship or resume line.
