About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Software Tester with expertise in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our applications by designing and executing test plans, identifying bugs, and collaborating closely with developers and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and maintain manual/automated test cases.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools.
Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements.
Ensure test coverage and compliance with quality standards.
Prepare detailed test reports and communicate results to stakeholders.
Continuously improve testing processes and frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in software testing (manual/automation).
Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.
Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress).
Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
