Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Analyst with 2.5+ years of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in manual testing, a basic understanding of automation, and experience working in Agile environments to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business and functional requirements.

- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.

- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and System Testing.

- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using tools like Jira.

- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to resolve issues.

- Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing before releases.

- Conduct API testing using Postman.

- Perform database validation using SQL queries.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

- 2.5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.

- Strong knowledge of Manual Testing concepts.

- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.

- Experience with Jira or similar bug-tracking tools.

- Basic knowledge of SQL for database testing.

- Familiarity with API testing using Postman.

- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of Automation Testing using Selenium.

- Understanding of version control tools like Git.

- Exposure to CI/CD processes is an added advantage.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred.

Salary - 2.4 lpa - 4.8 lpa
