We are looking for a IT Application Support L1 Engineer to join our team at at Mac Solution, contributing to IT Support in Application. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹17,000 and a chance to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot issues and support daily IT operations
Analyze data, generate insights, and ensure system accuracy
Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
Follow documentation, security, and testing standards
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Hands-on knowledge of IT Application support, prefer Application CRM System and modern tools is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required.
