QA / Application Support Engineer

We are looking for a QA / Application Support Engineer to join our team at at Kimleys Infotech Private Limited, contributing to software, data, or IT system development and support. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and a chance to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and functional support to customers via email, chat, and video calls.

• Troubleshoot application issues and identify root causes.

• Investigate customer-reported bugs and gather all required information for engineering.

• Reproduce reported issues in the test environment.

• Escalate product defects to the development team with detailed documentation.

• Monitor customer tickets and ensure timely follow-up until resolution.

• Prepare clear, professional, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries.

• Assist customers with product setup, configuration, onboarding, and best practices.

• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and internal documentation.

• Verify bug fixes and test newly released features before production deployment.

• Work closely with Product Management, QA, and Engineering teams.

• Identify opportunities for product improvements and submit feature requests.

• Maintain high customer satisfaction while adhering to SLA commitments.

• Develop, test, or maintain software applications, databases, or analytical tools

• Analyze data, generate insights, and ensure system accuracy

• Troubleshoot issues and support daily IT operations

• Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions

• Follow documentation, security, and testing standards

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 6 months - 6+ years of experience. Hands-on knowledge of SQL,Java,JavaScript,HTML,PHP,MySQL,Web (Development),BackEnd (Development),Excel / Advanced Excel,Testing / QA (Manual / Automation),Git / GitHub,Problem Solving,Communication and modern tools is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required.
