Job Description

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to handle day-to-day procurement activities, vendor coordination, and material purchases.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle purchase and procurement activities as per requirements.

• Source and coordinate with vendors for materials and services.

• Obtain and compare quotations and negotiate prices.

• Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up on deliveries.

• Coordinate with Stores, Accounts, Production, and other departments.

• Maintain purchase records, vendor details, and related documentation.

• Resolve issues related to quality, quantity, pricing, and delivery.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.

• Graduate/Diploma in any relevant field.

• Good negotiation and vendor management skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

• ERP/SAP/Tally knowledge will be an added advantage.

• Good communication and follow-up skills.

• It is a Full Time ఐటి / సాఫ్ట్వేర్ / డేటా విశ్లేషక job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
