B.Tech or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in Pre-sales, in IT or technology-related fields

Good understanding of Cybersecurity solutions (Firewall, Endpoint Security, Email Security, IAM, SIEM, etc.)

Knowledge of Networking technologies (Routing, Switching, Wireless, VPN, SD-WAN, LAN/WAN)

Understanding of Software Solutioning and enterprise applications

Ability to interpret customer requirements and prepare solution architectures

Knowledge of cloud technologies is an added advantage

Technical Consulting & Solution Designing capability -

• Engage with customers to understand their business and technical requirements.

• Provide technical consultation and recommend appropriate Cybersecurity, Networking, and Software solutions.

• Design scalable, technically sound, and commercially viable solution architectures.

• Prepare technical solution documents, BOMs (Bill of Materials), architecture diagrams, and technical proposals.

• Ensure proposed solutions align with customer requirements, budgets, and industry best practices.

Sales Enablement

• Partner with the Sales team during customer meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.

• Support the sales team in closing opportunities by addressing technical queries and objections.

• Improve proposal quality, solution accuracy, and overall bid competitiveness.

• Participate in RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses.

Customer Engagement

• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs) in collaboration with OEMs and technology partners.

• Build customer confidence by effectively demonstrating the value and capabilities of proposed solutions.

• Deliver seamless technical discussions and quality project handovers to implementation teams.

Technology & OEM Collaboration

• Maintain strong working relationships with OEMs, distributors, and technology partners.

• Coordinate with OEMs for solution validation, sizing, pricing support, and technical assistance.

• Maintain relevant OEM certifications and continuously enhance technical expertise.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive offerings.

Knowledge Management

• Conduct internal technical training sessions to strengthen the technical capabilities of Sales and other teams.

• Share insights from technical workshops, webinars, certifications, and industry events.

• Introduce innovative technologies and solution approaches that enhance the organization's competitive advantage.

Project Risk Mitigation

• Identify potential technical risks during the pre-sales stage and recommend mitigation strategies.

• Ensure accurate scope definition and documentation to facilitate smooth project execution.
