Job Summary

We are looking for a Network Support Engineer to manage, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure. The role involves handling network incidents, ensuring uptime, and supporting internal teams or customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN network infrastructure

• Troubleshoot network issues related to routers, switches, firewalls

• Handle L2/L3 level network support and escalations

• Configure and manage Cisco/Juniper/HP network devices

• Support VPN, VLAN, and routing configurations

• Perform network performance monitoring and root cause analysis

• Maintain network documentation, SOPs, and incident reports

• Coordinate with vendors and ISPs when required

• Ensure network security and compliance standards

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, OSI model)

• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls

• Knowledge of routing & switching protocols (BGP, OSPF – basic level)

• Experience with VPN, VLAN, DNS, DHCP

• Familiarity with network monitoring tools

• Basic understanding of Linux/Windows servers

• Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)

Good-to-Have Skills

• CCNA / CCNP certification (or equivalent knowledge)

• Exposure to cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP)

• Firewall management (FortiGate, Palo Alto – advantage)

• Knowledge of network security concepts

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in ECE / EEE / IT / CSE or equivalent

• 2–4 years of experience in network support or IT infrastructure roles

Salary Range

₹4 LPA – ₹7.5 LPA (depending on L2/L3 expertise and certifications)
