MIS Executive

We are looking for a MIS Executive to join our team at at Sasta Sundar Health Buddy Pvt Ltd, contributing to software, data, or IT system development and support. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹16,000 and a chance to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain advanced MIS reports using Excel and Advanced Excel functions to track sales performance, inventory movement, operational productivity, and business KPIs at the State Head Office level.

• Create Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP-based reports, and automated data sheets for accurate data analysis, reconciliation, and management reporting across multiple branches and departments.

• Develop interactive dashboards and data visualization reports using Excel charts and graphs to present business trends, target achievements, and operational insights to senior management.

• Analyze large datasets and generate actionable business insights by utilizing advanced Excel tools, ensuring data accuracy, timely reporting, and effective decision-making support.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6 years of experience. Hands-on knowledge of Excel / Advanced Excel, Pivot Table, Dashboard, Data Visualization, Vlookup, Excel Graph and modern tools is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required.
