We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive who can manage, analyze, and automate data using Google Sheets . The candidate should be capable of creating functional management systems (FMS) to track orders, inventory, sales, and operational performance.

📈 Data Management & Reporting
Maintain and update daily MIS reports (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Dispatch, etc.)
Prepare weekly/monthly performance dashboards
Generate accurate reports for management decision-making
📊 Google Sheets / Excel Expertise
Create and manage advanced Google Sheets systems (FMS)
Use formulas like:
VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
INDEX-MATCH
IF / Nested IF
SUMIF / COUNTIF
ARRAYFORMULA
Build dashboards using Pivot Tables & Charts
⚙️ Automation & Process Improvement
Automate repetitive tasks using:
Google Sheets automation
Basic Apps Script
Design systems like:
Order tracking sheet (auto-priority based)
Inventory management system
Dispatch tracking
Vendor/customer database
📦 Operations Coordination
Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, and Dispatch teams
Ensure data accuracy across departments
Track pending orders, deliveries, and stock levels
🔍 Data Analysis
Identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities
Provide actionable insights to management
