Required Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field

 Basic knowledge of:

o Operating Systems (Windows, Linux basics)

o Networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP)

o Hardware & software troubleshooting

 Familiarity with MS Office / Email systems

 Good communication and problem-solving skills

 Ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

 Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Freshdesk, Jira, etc.)

 Basic understanding of Active Directory

 Knowledge of antivirus and system security

 Customer service experience

Who Can Apply

 Fresher’s with basic IT knowledge and certification

 Candidates with 0–1 year experience in Technical Support / IT Helpdesk

Key Responsibilities

 Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat

 Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues

 Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripherals

 Assist with OS installation and basic system configuration

(Windows/Linux/macOS)

 Handle password resets, user account creation, and access issues

 Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff when required

 Maintain proper documentation of issues and resolutions

 Ensure timely resolution of support tickets

 Follow IT policies and security procedures

The ideal candidate should have basic IT

knowledge, good communication skills, and a willingness

to learn and grow in a technical environment.
