IT Support Coordinator / Call Coordinator

📍 Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer support calls, emails, and service requests.

• Provide first-level technical troubleshooting and basic issue diagnosis.

• Offer remote technical support to customers whenever possible.

• Log, track, and update service requests in the CRM system.

• Assign and coordinate service calls with field engineers based on priority and location.

• Monitor service tickets and ensure timely resolution within SLA.

• Follow up with customers regarding service status and closure.

• Maintain accurate records and prepare daily service reports using Microsoft Excel.

• Coordinate with the technical team for pending or escalated issues.

• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain professional communication.
  

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and Windows operating systems.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Experience using CRM or service management software.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati is an added advantage).

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• Strong coordination and customer-handling skills.
  

Preferred Qualification:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• 0–2 years of experience in IT support, service coordination, help desk, or customer support.

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
