Educational Qualification & Experience
Essential Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical, Electronics & Communication Engineering, ITI (Electronics/Audio-Video Technician) or equivalent from a recognized institution.OEM Certification or formal training in operation and maintenance of Audio-Visual Systems.Experience:
Minimum 02 years of relevant experience in:Computer hardware maintenanceSoftware supportBasic network device managementHands-on installation, operation, and maintenance of Audio-Visual systemsTechnical Skills Required:
Working knowledge of troubleshooting desktops/laptops and peripheralsOperating systems installation and configurationAntivirus and security solutionsNetwork monitoring toolsAudio-Visual equipment handlingAge Limit: 25 to 40 years
Key Responsibilities / Job Profile
1. IT & AV Asset Maintenance
Maintenance and upkeep of all IT assets including:Computers and peripheralsNetwork devicesAudio-Visual systems (conference systems, PA systems, microphones, amplifiers, mixers, DSPs, speakers, projectors, displays, LED/LCD panels)Ensure proper cabling, grounding, and system integration.2. Installation & Technical Support
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of:Operating SystemsAudio-Visual SystemsApplication softwareDrivers, patches, and antivirus/security toolsProvide real-time technical support during:MeetingsConferencesSeminarsWorkshopsOutdoor events3. Troubleshooting & ReportingDiagnose and rectify hardware and system faults.Report hardware failures to concerned authorities.Ensure data backup before maintenance activities.4. Documentation & Service ManagementMaintain service tools in proper working condition.Keep accurate service logs and repair records.Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
