Job Title: IT Systems Engineer / IT Automation Executive (AI-Enabled) Department: Information Technology / Digital Systems Location: Mumbai (On-site / Hybrid) Experience: 1–4 Years (IT Systems, Automation, Cloud, IT Operations) Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on, system-oriented IT Systems Engineer / IT Automation Executive to support, maintain, and continuously improve the company’s digital ecosystem. This role goes well beyond traditional IT support. The individual will work across IT infrastructure, cloud & SaaS tools, internal systems, automation workflows, dashboards, security, and tool integrations — under the guidance of management and senior consultants. The ideal candidate is a technology problem-solver who enjoys building systems, automating repetitive work, and learning modern digital and AI-driven tools. Key Responsibilities 1. IT Infrastructure & Operations ● Manage day-to-day IT operations including: ○ Laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals ○ Office internet, routers, Wi-Fi, VPN connectivity ● Handle employee onboarding and offboarding: ○ System setup and configuration ○ Email, tool access, and permission management ● Provide basic to intermediate troubleshooting for: ○ Network connectivity issues ○ Hardware and system problems ● Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT asset inventory 2. Systems & Automation ● Support and build internal systems such as: ○ Google Sheets–based trackers ○ AppSheet / Power Apps workflows ○ Slack / Microsoft Teams notifications ● Create and maintain: ○ Automated task flows ○ Approval workflows ○ Simple bots and alerts ● Use scripts and APIs to: ○ Reduce manual effort ○ Integrate multiple tools and systems 3. Cloud & SaaS Tools Administration ● Manage cloud and SaaS platforms including: ○ Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 ○ Slack, Zoom, CRM, and internal tools ● Handle: ○ User creation and deactivation ○ Role-based access control ○ Tool configurations and settings 4. Data, Reports & Dashboards ● Assist in building and maintaining: ○ Power BI dashboards ○ Looker Studio reports ● Integrate data from: ○ Google Sheets and Forms ○ CRM systems ○ Internal databases ● Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates 5. Security, Access & Backups ● Maintain: ○ System and data backup routines ○ User access permissions ● Implement and monitor: ○ Basic IT security policies ○ Password standards and hygiene ○ Two-factor authentication (2FA) 6.
