Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Professional to manage mailbox operations, data updates, and country-specific tab maintenance. The role requires strict adherence to timelines, accuracy, and consistency in daily operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure regular mailbox clearance and proper email management
Handle mailbox allotment and maintain records with accurate time tracking
Perform timely refresh and updates of Octo tabs
Delete USA data daily at 9:00 PM and re-upload it before 9:15 PM
Manage and update data for major countries including AU, UK, CA, Ireland, New Zealand, Denmark, Germany, Italy, and France between 10:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Maintain accuracy and consistency in all data-related tasks
Follow strict timelines and operational guidelines

Requirements:

Basic computer knowledge and data handling skills
Good attention to detail and time management
Ability to work in night shifts
Ability to follow structured processes and deadlines
