We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow the company's digital presence across social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, generating leads, running digital campaigns, and supporting overall marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the company's Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media accounts.

Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly social media content.

Create engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics, and promotional content.

Develop content related to Solar Energy, PM Surya Ghar Yojana, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Construction, and Company Services.

Create and publish content according to the company's marketing calendar.

Handle social media comments, messages, inquiries, and customer interactions.

Generate qualified leads through social media platforms.

Run and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns for better results.

Research trending topics, hashtags, keywords, reels, and digital marketing trends.

Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead follow-up and conversion.

Maintain proper records of leads generated through social media.

Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.

Track reach, engagement, followers, views, leads, and other important metrics.

Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, sales teams, and other departments.

Maintain consistent company branding across all digital platforms.

Explore new digital marketing opportunities to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Content Creation Responsibilities

Create attractive social media creatives using Canva or similar tools.

Shoot and edit basic reels and short videos.

Write captions, promotional messages, and campaign content.

Create educational and informative content for customers.

Prepare festival, promotional, product, and company-related posts.

Repurpose existing content into reels, stories, posts, and short videos.

Lead Generation

Develop social media strategies to generate new customer leads.

Run lead-generation campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.

Respond to potential customers and understand their requirements.

Share qualified leads with the Sales Team.

Follow up with the concerned team regarding lead status.

Maintain a basic lead database and prepare lead-generation reports.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field will be preferred.

0–2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing/Digital Marketing.

Freshers with good knowledge of social media platforms may also apply.

Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.

Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Facebook/Instagram Ads.

Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar tools will be an advantage.

Good Hindi communication and basic English knowledge.

Knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing.

Ability to create engaging reels and short-form videos.

Salary & Incentives

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
