IT Professional

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and peripherals.

• Troubleshoot network-related issues, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity problems.

• Manage and support IT assets, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

• Monitor system performance and ensure system security by implementing necessary updates and patches.

• Assist in user account management, including creating, modifying, and disabling accounts in Active Directory.

• Maintain documentation of IT assets, configurations, and support activities.

• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT procurement, repairs, and support services.

• Provide training and guidance to employees on IT-related best practices.

• Assist in IT infrastructure upgrades and deployments as needed.

• Participate in IT projects and contribute to system improvements.

• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
