🔹 Job Responsibilities:
Implement and configure ZOHO One CRM as per business requirements
Customize modules, fields, workflows, and automation rules
Manage lead, contact, deal, and account setups
Integrate CRM with other ZOHO apps (Zoho Books, Desk, Campaigns, etc.)
Provide user training and prepare basic SOPs
Troubleshoot CRM issues and provide ongoing support
Data migration, import/export, and data validation
🔹 Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in ZOHO One / Zoho CRM implementation
Basic understanding of business processes (Sales, Support, Accounts)
