Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure software at client locations.

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot software-related issues.

• Troubleshoot and resolve SQL Server and database-related issues.

• Perform database backup, restore, and basic maintenance activities.

• Configure and troubleshoot barcode scanners, printers, and local networks.

• Provide remote technical support using AnyDesk or similar remote-support tools.

• Handle and resolve day-to-day customer support tickets within defined timelines.

• Train customers on software usage, features, and basic troubleshooting.

• Coordinate with internal technical teams for complex issues and escalations.

• Maintain proper records of customer issues, resolutions, installations, and support activities.
