About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager to oversee daily business operations, manage teams, improve operational efficiency, and achieve organisational goals. The GM will coordinate with different departments and ensure smooth, profitable, and disciplined business operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Manage and supervise daily business operations.
2. Set and achieve company goals, targets, and KPI's.
3. Lead, motivate, and manage department teams.
4. Monitor sales, revenue, expenses, and overall performance.
5. Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, Sales, and other departments.
6. Develop and implement business strategies and processes.
7. Identify problems and take timely corrective decisions.
8. Prepare management reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
9. Ensure company policies, procedures, and compliance are followed.
10. Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
