Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) who can work independently and also take ownership of leading a small team of junior developers and interns. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with end-to-end development and capable of guiding the team while ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
Work independently on assigned modules and deliver features end-to-end
Act as a Team Lead (TL) for junior developers and interns
Review code, guide team members, and ensure best coding practices
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements
Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues
Participate in sprint planning, task estimation, and project discussions
