GIS Mapping and Digitalization: Creating a comprehensive GIS-based database for all land uses, transport, and utilities.
Unique Property ID (PID): Assigning a unique ID to every property to streamline tax collection, water, and sewage connections.
Infrastructure Improvement: Using census data to support projects like the rejuvenation of the Kala Sanghian Drain, setting up smart roads, and expanding sewage treatment.
Revenue Enhancement: Improving property tax assessment and reducing revenue leakage for the Municipal Corporation of Jalandhar.
