Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and quick-learning candidate to support our electrical projects, procurement, documentation, vendor coordination, and day-to-day technical requirements. Candidates from any educational background are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day electrical project and procurement requirements.

• Prepare invoices and E-Way Bills.

• Obtain quotations from electrical vendors and suppliers.

• Collect and compare prices for electrical materials and equipment.

• Coordinate with vendors and follow up for quotations, pricing, availability, and delivery.

• Prepare Excel sheets for material requirements and price comparisons.

• Assist with electrical material procurement and coordination.

• Maintain records of quotations, invoices, purchase documents, and material details.

• Coordinate with engineers, site teams, vendors, and management.

• Prepare reports and project-related documentation.

• Handle emails, communication, and vendor follow-ups.

• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Any Degree / Diploma.

• Freshers are welcome.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic computer applications.

• Basic understanding of electrical materials is an advantage.

• Smart, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.

• Ability to understand tasks quickly and work efficiently.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Kannada and English communication skills preferred.

• Immediate joining required.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on skills and suitability.
