Role Summary:
End-to-end ownership of digital presence: website development & maintenance, CRM build & automation, digital marketing execution, internal software tools, and technology infrastructure. The candidate must be able to bridge marketing, development, CRM automation, and infrastructure support to create a scalable digital operating system for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Build & maintain websites (WordPress/custom stack), landing pages, SEO structure, and performance.
Configure or build CRM workflows, pipelines, dashboards, and automation (lead capture → nurture → follow-up → reporting).
Execute SEO, SEM (Google Ads), social campaigns; implement GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel; run email & marketing automation.
Write scripts/tools, integrate APIs (payment gateways, banking, WhatsApp), automate workflows.
Manage infrastructure: hosting (AWS/DigitalOcean), DNS, SSL, CDN (Cloudflare), backups, monitoring, security.
Required Skills:
Frontend: HTML/CSS/JS (React preferred); Backend: Node.js/Python/PHP.
CMS: WordPress or equivalent.
CRM: Zoho/HubSpot/custom CRM development.
Databases: SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
DevOps: Cloud hosting, Git, deployment pipelines; basic cybersecurity.
Marketing: Google Ads/Meta Ads, GA4/GTM, SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush), email platforms.
Infrastructure Scope:
Hosting & server management; domain/DNS/email/SSL; backups & disaster recovery; uptime/speed/security monitoring; vendor coordination.
Preferred Profile:
Founder-grade generalist who can bridge marketing + development + ops + infrastructure.
Experience in education/consultancy/fintech businesses.
Strong documentation, communication, and ownership mindset.
Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.
Ability to work across business and technical teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on performance and scalability.
Comfortable handling multiple systems and integrations.
KPIs:
Site performance (load time <2s, uptime >99.5%).
CRM automation coverage (lead capture → follow-up automatised). Campaign ROI & conversion lift.
Infrastructure reliability (backsups verified, security incidents = 0).
Measurable improvement in lead generation and conversion rates.
Reduced manual processes through automation.
