A 2-wheeler is mandatory because this is field + inside work.
Install, configure, maintain desktop computers, laptops, operating systems, and
applications.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users. Configure and manage IP settings.
LAN, WAN, and basic networking.
Set up and maintain user accounts, access permissions, and file-sharing systems.
Support printers, scanners, CCTV cameras, IP cameras, and other peripherals.
Ensure system security through antivirus updates, patches, and regular monitoring.
Maintain IT asset inventory and update documentation for hardware and software.
Support email configuration, video conferencing systems, and office connectivity.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, replacements, and software licensing.
Perform routine system backups and assist with disaster recovery activities. Assist in IT
projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.
Provide field/on-site support to clients as and when required.
What We’re Looking For:
2–6 years of experience in desktop support or IT support roles
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, desktop hardware, and troubleshooting
Basic understanding of networking (IP configuration, LAN/WAN, file sharing)
Experience with printers, CCTV cameras, and peripheral devices
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
