Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site and remote IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and end users.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Citrix, and standard business applications.
Manage Active Directory, user accounts, email IDs, shared folders, access permissions, and password resets.
Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktop/laptop hardware, network printers, and other IT peripherals.
Perform software deployment, system builds, upgrades, patch management, and antivirus administration.
Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, network connectivity, and endpoint security issues.
Support Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Remote Desktop (RDP), and other collaboration tools.
Coordinate with hardware, software, ISP, and ERP vendors for procurement, warranty, and technical support.
Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
Provide ERP application support, cloud administration assistance, and user onboarding/training.
Deliver IT support across multiple office and factory locations, including travel to branch offices whenever required.
