Job వివరణ

We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Desktop Support Engineer to provide IT support across office and factory environments. The role involves supporting end users across multiple locations, handling hardware, software, networking, ERP systems, cloud platforms, and ensuring smooth IT operations for a group of companies. The position requires travel as needed to support different locations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Qualification: BCA / B.Sc IT / Diploma in Hardware & Networking or related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Support roles.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook and remote support tools.

  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).

  • Experience supporting ERP systems and cloud console handling is a plus.

  • Knowledge of IT security practices, antivirus, and patch management.
