We are looking for a Desktop Support Technician to join our team at ASRB, Delhi contributing to software, data, or IT system development and support. This role offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary and a chance to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation of PCs
Installation and updating window/ other software like MS Office, Antivirus adobe etc.
Troubleshoot issues and support daily IT operations
Resolving printer issues
Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
Follow documentation, security, and testing standards
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is any certification course in IT/COMPUTERS and 6 Month Experience Range. Hands-on knowledge of Job Skills and modern tools is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required.
