Client Interaction & Technical Support
We are looking for a tech-savvy person with a strong understanding of coding and software systems to handle our hotel clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client interaction and technical support for hotel clients.
- Understand client issues, troubleshoot them, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Understand the software architecture, APIs, integrations, and system workflows to effectively diagnose and explain technical issues.
- Assist clients with product-related queries and guide them in using the system.
- Perform basic product testing and identify/report bugs.
- Coordinate with the development team whenever a technical issue requires further resolution.
Requirement: Good coding/technical fundamentals and strong communication skills. Coding will not be the primary responsibility; technical knowledge is required mainly to understand, troubleshoot, and explain the product effectively.
