Job Description – IT Support Executive

Position: IT Support Executive
Department: IT / Technical Support

Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Support Executive to manage day-to-day technical issues related to office systems, headphones, Wi-Fi, CRM, and other IT infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for providing timely technical support to employees and ensuring smooth functioning of office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktop/laptop systems, headphones, keyboards, mouse, and other peripherals.

• Troubleshoot and resolve Wi-Fi, internet, LAN, and connectivity issues.

• Handle and resolve CRM-related technical issues, including login, access, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.

• Install, configure, and maintain required software and applications.

• Manage employee system setup, user accounts, access credentials, and basic permissions.

• Identify and resolve hardware and software problems promptly.

• Coordinate with external IT/service providers whenever issues require advanced technical support.

• Maintain records of IT assets, systems, repairs, and technical issues.

• Ensure all office systems and technical equipment remain operational.

• Provide basic technical guidance and training to employees when required.

• Monitor recurring technical issues and take preventive measures to minimize downtime.

• Maintain data and system security as per company policies.
  

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Windows, computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.

• Good understanding of Wi-Fi, LAN, routers, and internet connectivity.

• Experience in troubleshooting CRM/software-related issues.

• Knowledge of computer peripherals and accessories.

• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple technical issues and provide quick solutions.

• Basic knowledge of IT asset management will be an advantage.
  

Qualification & Experience

• Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience: 1–3 years in IT support/helpdesk or a similar role preferred.

• Timely resolution of employee IT issues.

• Minimum system/network downtime.

• Effective management of IT assets and equipment.

• Quick response to CRM and connectivity-related problems.

• Employee satisfaction with IT support.
