Educational & Technical Qualifications

• Academic Qualification: Graduate (mandatory).

• Technical Qualification: One-year Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking.

• Own laptop is mandatory.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Service Delivery Management.

• Proven experience in handling freelancers / field engineers.

• Experience in coordinating service calls, closures, and escalations.

• Ability to manage multiple service requests and ensure SLA compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end service delivery operations.

• Allocate and monitor service calls to field engineers/freelancers.

• Ensure timely closure of service calls with proper documentation.

• Coordinate between customers, engineers, sales team, and internal stakeholders.

• Monitor service quality and resolve escalations efficiently.

• Support the sales team by providing technical and operational inputs when required.

• Maintain service reports, performance tracking, and MIS.

• Ensure discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct within the team.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong sales understanding to support customer requirements and business growth.

• Good communication skills in English and local language.

• Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Ownership mindset with high accountability.

Other Requirements

• Willingness to travel within Kolkata and outside Kolkata as and when required.

• Strong understanding of IT field operations and customer service.

• Respectful, professional attitude with ethical work practices.
