Job Description – Data Profiling & Research Executive

Role Overview

JLT Works & Services is hiring Data Profiling & Research Executives to support the Amazon Global Sales Team. This role is primarily focused on data research, profiling, validation, and accuracy checks. Calling is limited and used only when required for verification. Most of the work involves analyzing data, fetching missing details, verifying information from reliable sources, and ensuring all profiles meet Amazon’s verification standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Research & Profiling (Primary Task)

• Conduct thorough online research to fetch missing or incomplete data using platforms such as LinkedIn, company websites, directories, and public databases.

• Build accurate business profiles with relevant decision-makers and contact details.

• Identify company information (industry, size, website, products, etc.) through research.

2. Data Validation & Accuracy Checks

• Verify information sourced through online platforms for correctness and relevance.

• Ensure all leads meet Amazon’s verification criteria for 3 sets:

Set 1: Mobile verification (calling when required)

Set 2: Boardline/email verification

Set 3: LinkedIn profile identification and submission

3. Limited Calling for Verification

• Make verification calls only when needed for confirming mobile numbers or boardline connections.

• Update accurate and validated details based on responses.

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain structured datasets, logs, and daily status reports.

• Ensure 90%+ contactability by re-sharing alternative contacts when any entry is invalid or unreachable.

• Submit data to the Amazon team as per the required format and timeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Skills

• Strong online research, data fetching, and profiling ability.

• Experience using LinkedIn, search engines, company databases, and research tools.

• Good analytical and documentation skills.

• Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

Additional Skills

• Good communication skills (English & Hindi).

• Comfortable making verification calls when required.

• Attention to detail and ability to follow strict verification standards.

• Ability to work under productivity and accuracy targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduates/Undergraduates with strong interest in research and data-oriented roles.

• Experience in data research, data entry, lead generation, or market research (preferred but not mandatory).

• Freshers with solid research capability are encouraged to apply.
