We’re looking for a highly analytical and tech-savvy professional who is exceptional with Excel and comfortable working with APIs, cloud software, and backend systems. You’ll support product and operations teams by building automated reports, integrating tools, and improving data flows across platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, enjoys problem-solving, and thinks in terms of scalable systems.
Build and maintain complex Excel models using Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, advanced formulas, and dashboards.
Automate recurring reports and business trackers to reduce manual work.
Design clean, decision-ready dashboards for leadership and cross-functional teams.
Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot reporting issues quickly.
Work with internal and external APIs to pull/push data between systems.
Configure and maintain integrations between PointO tools and third-party services.
Support automation workflows using API logic, webhooks, or middleware tools when needed.
Document integration logic clearly for internal reference.
Understand cloud-based platforms (SaaS tools, cloud DBs, cloud automation).
Work closely with backend engineers on data pipelines and system improvements.
Assist in debugging basic backend issues involving Node.js and data flow.
Write and optimize SQL queries in MySQL for reporting and analysis.
Extract, clean, and combine data from multiple sources.
Support data structure improvements for better product insights.
Understand business needs and translate them into scalable data/integration solutions.
Identify inefficiencies and propose automation or tooling improvements.
Collaborate with product teams to support experiments, metrics, and feature tracking.
2–3 years of relevant experience in data/reporting/integration/ops-tech roles.
Expert-level Excel skills including:
Pivot tables/charts
Power Query / Power Pivot
Complex formulas (INDEX-MATCH/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, array formulas, etc.)
Dashboarding & data modeling
Strong understanding of API integrations (REST basics, JSON, auth tokens).
Working knowledge of cloud software / SaaS ecosystems.
Familiarity with backend concepts and environments:
Node.js (basic understanding / ability to collaborate effectively)
MySQL (solid querying skills)
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Experience using or integrating Zoho (CRM, Analytics, Creator, or Zoho One stack).
Product-thinking mindset: ability to look beyond tasks and understand user/business value.
Exposure to automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.).
Experience working in startups or fast-moving teams.
