Job Description: Data Analyst (Data & Campaign Management)
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our operations team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our data strategy, ensuring that our databases are pristine and our outbound dialer campaigns are running at peak efficiency.

### Key Responsibilities
1. Data Management & Governance
Maintain, update, and manage large-scale databases to ensure data integrity.
Develop and implement standardized data collection systems.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports (MTDs, YTDs) for stakeholders.
2. Data Cleaning & Hygiene
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Scrub and "clean" data to remove duplicates, correct errors, and ensure formatting consistency before it hits the dialer.
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities to prevent "dirty data" at the source.
3. Dialer & Campaign Management
Upload and manage calling lists within the dialer system.
Monitor real-time campaign performance (connect rates, drop rates, agent occupancy).
Adjust dialer ratios and pacing to minimize idle time and maximize talk time.
Liaise with the IT/Telephony team to troubleshoot any dialer connectivity or software issues.
