• Improve micro course purchase conversion rates
• Identify and reduce drop-offs in checkout journey
• Design urgency-based triggers and promotional experiments
• Work closely with product & tech team to implement A/B tests
3. Funnel Analytics & Insights
• Track and report key metrics:
o Install to Signup %
o Signup to First Engagement %
o Engagement to Purchase %
o Checkout completion rate
o CAC per converted user
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend weekly improvements
• Create dashboards for leadership review
4. Experimentation & Growth Initiatives
• Run structured experiments to improve activation & conversion
• Test pricing, bundling, urgency hooks, limited unlock models
• Design conversion nudges for abandoned users
• Support referral and loyalty conversion loops inside app
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who:
• Have 2–6 years of experience in growth, product marketing, D2C, EdTech or
startup ecosystem
• Have experience working on app funnels, SaaS funnels, or consumer
conversion journeys
• Have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data
• Have experience working cross-functionally with tech and product teams
• Are highly execution-driven and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
• Experience as a startup founder or co-founder
• Experience in scaling 0–1 products
• Experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition funnels
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Firebase, Mixpanel, GA, Netcore, etc.)
