Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead our Operations Department by transforming data into meaningful insights that support business decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in reporting and dashboard creation, and the ability to lead and mentor an operations team.

Must-Haves

3–5 years of experience in Data Analysis or Operations Analytics

Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros, Advanced Formulas)

Strong experience in creating and managing dashboards and reports

Leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Operations Department team

Analyze and interpret operational data to identify trends and business opportunities

Create, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and KPIs for management

Monitor operational performance and ensure data accuracy across reports

Identify process improvement opportunities through data-driven insights

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business performance

Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior management

Good to Have

Proficiency in SQL and Power BI/Tableau

Experience with automation and reporting tools

Knowledge of business process improvement and operational planning
