Job Title: Data Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong Microsoft Excel skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for data accuracy. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to support business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and MIS reports using Microsoft Excel.

• Maintain data accuracy and ensure timely updates of records.

• Interpret data trends and provide actionable insights.

• Coordinate with internal teams to gather and validate information.

• Present findings and reports clearly to stakeholders.

• Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis.

• Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field).

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including:

  • Pivot Tables

  • VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP

  • IF formulas

  • Charts and Graphs

  • Data Cleaning and Sorting

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.

• Familiarity with Google Sheets.

• Knowledge of Power BI or SQL will be an added advantage (not mandatory).

Experience

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• 2-4 years of experience in Data Analysis, MIS, or a similar role is preferred.
