Job Summary:

We are hiring a CRM Specialist to manage customer relationship systems, lead pipelines, automation workflows, and customer communication processes to improve business efficiency and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain CRM platforms and lead databases.
Create and optimize sales pipelines and lead stages.
Configure automation workflows, follow-ups, and notifications.
Track lead status, conversion rates, and customer interactions.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead management.
Generate CRM performance reports and dashboards.
Ensure proper lead assignment and follow-up tracking.
Integrate CRM with marketing tools and websites.
Maintain data accuracy and remove duplicate/junk leads.
Support customer retention and engagement strategies.
