About the Role

You will call leads and customers, keep in touch with them, and make sure no lead is missed. The most important part of this job is follow-up.

What You Will Do

• Call leads and customers to share information and answer questions.

• Follow up with every lead on time. This is the most important task.

• Keep records of all calls and updates in Excel and CRM.

• Reply to customers on phone and WhatsApp.

• Give a daily update of calls and follow-ups to the team.

What We Need From You

• Minimum 1 year experience in tele-calling.

• Graduate (any stream).

• Good English. You must speak and listen well.

• Comfortable speaking in Hindi.

• Strong follow-up habit. You do not forget or delay.

• Basic computer skills. You can use Excel and Word.
