CRM Manager

1. Lead Management

• Handle incoming leads from various channels (calls, websites, portals, walk-ins)

• Maintain and update lead data in CRM software

• Follow up regularly with prospects

2. Customer Relationship Handling

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties

• Provide timely responses to customer queries

3. Sales Coordination

• Coordinate with sales team for site visits and property presentations

• Schedule meetings and property tours

• Assist in closing deals

4. Post-Sales Support

• Ensure proper documentation and agreement processing

• Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams

• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions

5. CRM Software Management

• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools (like Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)

• Generate reports on leads, conversions, and customer feedback

• Track sales performance and pipeline

6. Customer Retention

• Maintain long-term relationships with clients

• Handle repeat business and referrals

• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
