Job Responsibilities

• Fill online government forms such as PAN Card, Aadhaar update, Voter ID, Passport, etc.

• Assist customers visiting the office for different online services.

• Scan, upload, and manage documents on government portals.

• Handle basic computer work like printing, scanning, and data entry.

• Maintain records of applications and documents.

• Guide customers about services available at the Jan Sewa Kendra.

Required Skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Data entry and typing (Hindi & English)

• Internet browsing and online form filling

• Document scanning and printing

• Basic knowledge of MS Word and online portals

• Good communication and customer handling skills

Qualification

Minimum 12th Pass (Basic computer knowledge required)

Experience

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Preference will be given to candidates with Jan Sewa Kendra / CSC / Online Form Filling experience.
