Computer Operator

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Operator with strong knowledge of billing, accounts, and day-to-day computer operations. The candidate should be comfortable handling software, maintaining records, and supporting business operations in the marble and stone industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate billing invoices and manage daily sales entries

• Prepare and manage E-way bills accurately

• Maintain ledger entries and basic accounting records

• Handle purchase and sales data entry

• Work on Excel (A to Z knowledge required) including reports, formulas, and data management

• Maintain stock and inventory records (marble/stone materials)

• Coordinate with accounts team for basic financial tasks

• Manage emails, documents, and office software efficiently

• Ensure proper filing and documentation (digital + physical)

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced preferred)

• Good understanding of billing software & E-way bill system

• Basic knowledge of accounts & ledger management

• Proficiency in computer operations (A to Z knowledge)

• Familiarity with marble/stone industry processes (preferred)

• Good typing speed and accuracy

• Basic communication skills

Qualifications:

• Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (Commerce preferred)

• Experience: 1–3 years in similar role preferred
