We are looking for a Gaming Café Staff to join our team at The Bootcamp to manage gaming systems, assist customers, and ensure smooth day-to-day café operations. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹8,000 – ₹8,000 (depending on experience) and an opportunity to work in a fun, fast-paced gaming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and assist them with PC/console allocation and game selection.

• Manage gaming session bookings, billing, and payments (Cash/UPI/Card).

• Start, monitor, and end gaming sessions using café management software.

• Ensure gaming PCs, consoles, accessories, and peripherals are clean and in proper working condition.

• Perform basic troubleshooting for computers, gaming consoles, internet connectivity, and gaming accessories.

• Assist customers with game installations, updates, and account logins when required.

• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and a safe environment within the gaming café.

• Monitor equipment usage and report technical issues or damages to the supervisor.

• Support daily opening and closing activities of the café.

Job Requirements:

• The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass.

• 0–6+ years of experience in computer operations, retail, customer service, or gaming cafés is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of computers, Windows OS, gaming PCs, PlayStation/Xbox, internet troubleshooting, and POS/billing systems is essential.

• Good communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• A passion for gaming and the ability to provide excellent customer support will be an added advantage.
