We are looking for a Computer Operator / Data Entry Operator to join our team at Doctor Document Cyber Cafe. The role involves filling online forms, handling online applications, printing, scanning, and managing digital and physical documents as required. With a supportive work environment and opportunities to develop computer and customer-handling skills, the position offers a ₹7000 - ₹15000 per month salary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fill and submit online government, educational, recruitment, and other application forms accurately.

• Verify documents and ensure all details entered in online forms are correct and complete.

• Handle printing, scanning, photocopying, document uploading, and downloading as required.

• Communicate with customers to collect the required information and documents for form filling.

• Maintain and organize physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.

• Assist customers with basic online services, registrations, applications, and other cyber cafe-related services.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer documents, personal information, and sensitive data.

• Ensure all assigned work is completed accurately and within the required time.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass, with 0–2 years of experience in computer operation, data entry, cyber cafe, or a similar role. Freshers with good computer knowledge may also apply. Candidates must have good typing skills, basic knowledge of MS Office and internet browsing, strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, good communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
