Key Responsibilities:

• Authorized to handle audits and closer of non-conformance.

• Authorized to work in the absence of activity in-charge responsible for on time invoice, stock transfer note, generation against sales order , stock transfer order, pop - mcm allocation.

• Coordination with company representative, transporter & dispatch officials.

• Ensure all system processes(inward/outward) are done on time, with full efficiency & through system only.

• Ensure complete usage of WMS & TMS application within agreed timeline.

• Follow up/coordination for collection of PODs from transporters, dealers & sales.

• Maintain relevant documents of the process as required.

• Preparing daily, monthly MIS report and to send mail to the concern official on time.

• Processing & maintaining sales return as per SOP.

• Responsible for proper documentation (filing, record keeping, retrieval) for all inward & outward documents.

• Send monthly return regarding stock to statutory department and keep record.

• To ensure all communication are recorded through mail.
