Job Description:

We are looking for a Computer Operator to support daily office operations through accurate data handling and basic administrative tasks. The role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are comfortable working with computers and office software.

Key Responsibilities:

Data entry, data updating, and record maintenance

Handling MS Word, Excel, and basic documentation work

Maintaining digital and physical files

Preparing reports and spreadsheets as required

Email handling and basic internet operations

Coordinating with internal teams for data and documents

Assisting in day-to-day administrative tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of computers and office operations

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

Good typing speed and accuracy

Basic knowledge of internet browsing

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Good communication skills

Education:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)

Computer course certification will be an added advantage

Experience:

Fresher to 2 years of relevant experience
