Prepare and format documents, letters, reports, and invoices using MS Word.
Enter, update, and maintain data in MS Excel accurately.
Maintain customer, project, and office records in digital format.
Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports as instructed by the manager.
Ensure proper filing and organization of documents (soft copies).
Support other departments with data-related and documentation work.
Submit assigned work status and reports to the manager at the end of the day.
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate preferred.
Basic to good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel is mandatory.
Basic computer knowledge (email, printing, scanning, file management).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
