Key Responsibilities

1. Billing & Sales Operations

Enter customer sales details accurately into the jewellery software.

Prepare bills, invoices, receipts, and other required documents.

Verify product details, weight, purity, making charges, discounts, and applicable taxes before final billing.

Ensure all sales entries are correctly recorded.

2. Inventory & Stock Management

Update jewellery stock in the software on a daily basis.

Enter new stock, purchases, transfers, repairs, and other inventory movements.

Maintain accurate records of jewellery weight, purity, quantity, barcode, and product details.

Coordinate with the sales team and management regarding stock discrepancies.

Assist in physical stock verification and reconciliation with software records.

3. Customer Data Management

Maintain and update customer details in the company's software.

Ensure customer purchase history and contact information are accurately recorded.

Maintain confidentiality of customer and company data.

4. Accounts & Reporting Support

Prepare daily sales and operational reports as required by management.

Assist in maintaining records of cash, card, UPI, bank transfers, and other payment methods.

Coordinate with the accountant regarding billing and payment records.

Generate reports from the software whenever required.

5. Software & Data Accuracy

Ensure all entries made in the software are accurate and completed on time.

Identify and immediately report any software errors, stock mismatches, or data discrepancies.

Maintain proper backup and documentation of important records as instructed.

Learn and efficiently operate any new software introduced by the company.

6. General Showroom Support

Assist management and staff with computer-related operational requirements.

Handle printing, scanning, barcode generation, and other documentation work.

Maintain confidentiality regarding company sales, stock, customer information, pricing, and business operations.

Perform any additional duties assigned by management related to showroom operations.
