Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily computer operations and data entry.

• Maintain production, inventory, and company records.

• Prepare reports, documents, and Excel sheets.

• Enter and update data accurately in ERP/software.

• Handle MS Excel, MS Word, email, and basic computer applications.

• Maintain proper digital and physical documentation.

• Coordinate with different departments for data and reports.

• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned work.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office.

• Basic knowledge of ERP/software.

• Good typing and data-entry skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks.

Qualification & Experience

• 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate.

• 1–3 years of experience preferred.

• Freshers with good computer knowledge can also apply.
