Job Summary
Indcon Agencies is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Computer Operator to handle day-to-day data entry, billing, reporting, and operational activities. The candidate should have good knowledge of Excel and computer operations and should be able to maintain accurate records and reports efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update sales, billing, stock, and retailer data in Excel and company software.
Prepare daily sales reports, stock reports, and operational reports.
Maintain billing records, invoices, and documentation properly.
Handle Excel work including formulas, filters, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs.
Coordinate with salesmen and office staff for report collection and updates.
Verify data accuracy and correct discrepancies when required.
Maintain proper filing and backup of important company records.
Assist in preparing monthly summaries and management reports.
Support office operations and administrative tasks.
